How long does shipping take?

We ship medications to Indiana and Illinois Monday–Thursday, and to other states Monday–Wednesday. If your virtual visit and payment are completed on a shipping day before 3:00 PM, your order will be processed the same day.

Most shipments to Indiana and Illinois arrive within 24–48 hours, while shipments to other states usually take 48–72 hours. Tracking information will be emailed to you, so please ensure the email address we have on file is accurate and one you regularly check.

How is my medication kept cold during shipping?

We use insulated packaging with gel ice packs to ensure your medication remains at the proper temperature throughout transit.

I received my GLP-1 medication, but the ice packs were melted and the package felt warm. Is it still safe to use?

Our shipments include ice packs that start out rock solid to keep your medication cold. After about 24 hours, they naturally begin to thaw. If your package arrived within 72 hours of shipping—even if the ice packs are melted or the package feels warm—your medication should still be safe to use.

If your shipment took longer than 72 hours to arrive, or if you have any concerns, please contact us before using the medication.

Can I get a replacement? What are the reasons that qualify for a replacement?

Yes, we offer replacements in certain situations to ensure you receive your medication safely and effectively. You may qualify for a replacement if:

  • Your package was lost or never delivered.
  • The medication arrived damaged or compromised (e.g., broken packaging, leakage).
  • The medication was exposed to improper temperatures due to shipping delays exceeding 72 hours (if delivered within 72 hours, you do not qualify).
  • You received the wrong medication or incorrect dosage.

If you believe you qualify for a replacement, please contact our support team promptly with your order details so we can assist you.

I’m not comfortable using the medication if it takes more than 24 hours in shipping. Can you guarantee 24-hour delivery?

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver packages ourselves. We use trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx, and must rely on their delivery schedules and guarantees. While we do offer overnight shipping options, delivery times can sometimes vary due to carrier logistics beyond our control. The medication is generally stable for up to 72 hours in transit.

If you are uncomfortable using medication that has been in transit longer than 24 hours, we offer free in-clinic pickup at our locations in Merrillville, IN (Monday–Thursday) and Oak Brook, IL (Friday and Saturday).

Please let us know if you’d like to arrange a pickup or have any other questions—we’re here to help!

Will the package show what’s inside?

No. We use discreet packaging with no visible labels that indicate medication contents.

Do I need to be home to receive the package?

We recommend having someone available to receive your shipment so it can be promptly refrigerated. UPS will typically leave the package at your doorstep, and we will notify you via the email on file once it is delivered. Please pick up the package promptly, remove it from the insulated packaging, and store it in the refrigerator immediately. Do not freeze.

How much does shipping cost?

We keep our shipping fees affordable with no hidden charges. Shipping to Indiana and Illinois costs $15 (free with memberships) and is delivered within 24–48 hours. Shipping to other states costs $25 with 2-day air delivery, arriving within 48–72 hours.

For faster delivery outside Indiana and Illinois, we offer an overnight shipping option for $50, delivered within 24–48 hours.

*Note: Delivery times start after your order is processed and picked up by the carrier.

I completed my virtual visit but didn’t receive the tracking number the same day. Why?

If your visit was completed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Thursday), you will most likely receive your tracking number the same day.

One common reason for a delay in processing your order is that your payment card is not saved on file, which requires us to contact you and manually process payment each time. Please make sure to save your card in the Charm mPHR app or ask a team member to securely store it for you to avoid delays.

If you continue to experience delays, please contact us so we can assist you.
